Nature, that's it, that's the title

I love nature.
I love being out in nature
Today, I took a walk in nature.
It was a long walk
I know I can do it.
So I did it.
I wasn't afraid to push
I'm not afraid, to take a stand, everybody, come take my hand
I used all senses
Sound, sight, hearing, smell, touch
the sky was beautiful, and a deep blue
Yo, listen up here's a story, about a little guy who lives in a blue world
There's nothing that fills me up
like a walk in the woods
the energy from the trees
the songs of the birds
the smell of the forest
the rays of the sun on a wildflower
the sound of running water
the warmth of the sun on my face
Groove is in the heart
I knew I could do it,
how?
two weeks ago
in SoCal
I climbed a peak
guided by fam
made it to the top
met a swarm of bees
got warned about a resident rattler
I will survive
I understood the challenge.
Two weeks ago, 5.8 miles
I pushed today
not 5.9, but 6.9
Gonna rise up, find my direction magnetically
Gonna rise up, throw down my ace in the hole
It was a blast
beautiful
filling
inspiring
reminding me of how great life is
So don't stop me now, because I'm having a good time, having a good time
A reminder
I have no cartilage, i have other health problems
but,
that won't stop me
don't tell me what i can do
or worse, don't tell me what I can't do
It's my life, don't you forget
So I won't back down,
I won't stop believin"
because
It's a good life
and, at times, while I might be
free fallin'
at the end of the day
It's a beautiful day

This is an amazing composition, and I must understand which parts are from some song or poem and which are you blogging today! You take "be yourself" to a new level. Keep being the prize!
A lovely, inspiring poem, Burt! What is the. Ame of the SoCal leak you climbed? 💕
Nature can be truly restorative. You captured the feeling beautifully. Do you like Mary Oliver poems? She writes about nature like nobody's business.
I also see that you added to your song list (I think). Was The Boxer there before? One of my favs.
